Registration & Onboarding
This guide walks you through the complete registration and onboarding process for QoBooks Merchant.
Creating an Account
To get started with QoBooks, you'll need to create a merchant account:

Visit the Registration Page
- Navigate to the QoBooks registration page
- Fill in your business information including:
- Organization name
- Contact email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Password

Account Verification
- After submitting your registration, you'll receive a verification code
- Choose your preferred verification channel:
- Email: A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email
- SMS: A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered phone number
- Enter the verification code to confirm your account
- The code expires after a set time period for security

Redirect to Client Panel
- Once verification is complete, you'll be automatically redirected to your client panel
- Access your account area at

After successful verification and redirection, you'll see the client panel with an Informative Widget: Business Solutions.

This placeholder widget provides guidance on next steps:
- If you're interested in signing up for a full account, the widget will redirect you to the QoBooks pricing page
- From the pricing page, you can:
- Browse available subscription plans
- Compare features across different tiers
- Select a plan that fits your business needs
Choosing a Subscription Plan
Free Plan
If you choose the Free plan:
- You'll be immediately activated
- No payment information required
- Access to core features with limitations
- Perfect for testing the system or small businesses
Paid Plans
If you choose a paid plan:
- You'll be redirected to the payment gateway
- Complete the payment process
- Once payment is confirmed, your account will be fully activated
- Full access to all features included in your selected plan
Trial Period
For selected plans, you may be eligible for a trial period:
- Enjoy full access to features during the trial
- No payment required until trial ends
- Cancel anytime during the trial period
- Automatic transition to paid subscription if not cancelled

Verification Code Not Received
- Check your spam/junk folder for email codes
- Ensure your phone number is correct for SMS codes

- Use the "Forgot Password" feature if needed
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try accessing from a different browser
Payment Issues
- Verify your payment information is correct
- Check with your bank if payment was declined

- Ensure your selected plan is still available
