This guide explains the subscription plans, pricing, and payment process for QoBooks.

Available Plans

QoBooks offers multiple subscription tiers to accommodate businesses of all sizes:

Free Plan

  • Cost: $0/month
  • Features:

    • Limited number of users
    • Core sales and purchase functionality
    • Standard reporting

  • Best for: Small businesses testing the system

Starter Plan

  • Cost: Affordable monthly fee
  • Features:
    • All Free plan features
    • Increased user limits
    • Advanced inventory features
    • Multi-branch support (limited branches)
    • Enhanced reporting
    • Priority email support
  • Best for: Growing small businesses

Professional Plan

  • Cost: Competitive monthly fee
  • Features:
    • All Starter plan features
    • Unlimited users
    • Unlimited branches
    • Full workflow automation
    • Advanced analytics and reports
    • API access
    • Priority support (email + chat)
  • Best for: Medium to large enterprises

Enterprise Plan

Payment Process

Making a Payment

  1. Select Your Plan

    • Navigate to the pricing page
    • Choose the plan that best fits your needs
    • Click "Subscribe" or "Get Started"
  2. Payment Information

    • Enter your billing details
    • Provide payment method (credit card, debit card, or mobile money)
    • Review your order summary
  3. Confirmation

    • Complete the payment
    • Receive confirmation email
    • Your account is immediately activated

Payment Methods

QoBooks accepts multiple payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer (may take 1-3 business days to process)
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal (where available)

Subscription Management

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at qotrack/account
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section
  3. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  4. Select your desired plan
  5. Complete the payment process
  6. Your new features are immediately available

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at qotrack/account
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section
  3. Click "Downgrade Plan"
  4. Select your desired plan
  5. Confirm the downgrade
  6. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at qotrack/account
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Select a reason for cancellation
  5. Confirm cancellation
  6. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Billing: Charged on the same day each month
  • Annual Billing: Charged once per year (save up to 20%)
  • Prorated Upgrades: When upgrading, you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period
  • No Refunds: Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle; no partial refunds

Invoices and Receipts

Viewing Invoices

  1. Log in to your account at qotrack/account
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" section
  3. Click on an invoice to view details
  4. Download PDF copies for your records

Payment History

  • All payments are recorded in your account
  • View transaction history in the "Billing" section
  • Export payment history for accounting purposes

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

  • Verify your payment information is correct
  • Check if your card has sufficient funds
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists
  • Reach out to QoBooks support for assistance

Plan Not Activated

  • Payment may take a few minutes to process
  • Refresh your account page
  • Check your email for confirmation
  • Contact support if activation doesn't occur within 15 minutes

Billing Questions

  • Review the FAQ section for common questions
  • Check your invoice for detailed breakdown
  • Contact support through your account panel
  • Include your account ID for faster assistance
