Subscription Management
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your subscription:
- Log in to your account at
qotrack/account - Navigate to the "Subscription" section
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Complete the payment process
- Your new features are immediately available
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade your subscription:
- Log in to your account at
qotrack/account - Navigate to the "Subscription" section
- Click "Downgrade Plan"
- Select your desired plan
- Confirm the downgrade
- Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account at
qotrack/account - Navigate to the "Subscription" section
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason for cancellation
- Confirm cancellation
- Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
Billing Cycle
- Monthly Billing: Charged on the same day each month
- Annual Billing: Charged once per year (save up to 20%)
- Prorated Upgrades: When upgrading, you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period
- No Refunds: Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle; no partial refunds

Viewing Invoices
- Log in to your account at

- Click on an invoice to view details
- Download PDF copies for your records
Payment History
- All payments are recorded in your account
