- Hubtel: Used for processing SMS notifications and OTP (One-Time Password) verifications.
- Paystack: Secures and processes all financial transactions. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel: Used to understand user behavior and optimize our marketing efforts (subject to your consent).

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.
7. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
For our business customers, this section acts as our standard DPA. We agree to process any personal data uploaded by you (the "Data Controller") only on your instructions and for the purposes of providing the QoBooks services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data as required by the Data Protection Act of Ghana.

Under Ghanaian Data Protection laws, you have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing of your personal data.
