1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QoBooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the QoBooks platform for personal or business inventory and accounting management purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or source code.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on QoBooks's website.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Ghanaian cyber laws.

3. Accounts & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments for hardware and services are processed via Paystack. By initiating a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information. Subscriptions and hardware purchases are governed by the specific pricing plans displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messaging via our Hubtel integration.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Service Level Awareness (SLA)

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, QoBooks is provided "as is". We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavor to notify users in advance. Technical support is available via help@qobooks.com during standard business hours in Ghana.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QoBooks Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QoBooks's website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
